I review everything, including your website and social presence before we speak. By the time we get on the call, I already have a clear picture of where the gaps are.
STEP TWO - 90 MINUTES OF CLARITY
We spend the session going deep. I share what I'm seeing from the outside, specifically, honestly, and without the softening that makes feedback useless. We build your priorities together in real time so you understand the thinking, not just the outcome.
STEP THREE - YOUR ACTION PLAN ARRIVES

I'm Britt, brand messaging strategist and the person behind everything you see here.
I've spent years working inside marketing teams, building brand strategy, creating content systems, and watching up close what makes messaging work, and what makes it invisible. I've seen talented people with genuinely excellent work get overlooked because their marketing didn't reflect the depth of what they were offering. And I've seen what happens when it finally does.
